IGN is reporting that “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” will receive an upgrade to PS5 in 2018.
The report also states that the game will get a revamped look and feel to make it more compatible with the PS4 Pro.
As the first major franchise in the PS family to receive the upgraded PS5, the upgrade will also give the game a much better gaming experience.
As we’ve covered before, Sony has struggled to keep up with the ever-increasing demand for PlayStation consoles.
The company also recently announced a number of updates to the PS5 platform, which have resulted in some major updates that could be beneficial to the game’s performance.
With a new PS5 controller, the addition of the PSVR and the PlayStation Camera, and an upgraded camera, the PSVita may be the best way to experience the upcoming “Star War” movie in 2018, with the “Star Trek” and “Jurassic World” franchises getting similar upgrades.
